1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReviewRescue (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReviewRescue provides AI-powered Steam review management tools including response draft generation, review analytics, sentiment analysis, and crisis detection. The Service does not post responses to Steam on your behalf — all responses are drafts that you copy and submit manually.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days per our money-back guarantee.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) use AI-generated responses to mislead players about the state of your game; (d) share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
6. Intellectual Property
AI-generated response drafts are your property once generated. The Service, its code, design, and branding remain the property of ReviewRescue. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ReviewRescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process review data from Steam's public API and store AI-generated drafts. You retain ownership of your game data.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days before deletion. You may export your data at any time during this period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
